silver doesnt really show imperfections. black does more than any other color. if your car isnt staright as a gun barrel then you will see every little dint and highspot. trust me on this im a painter.

SILVER - Saw a silver 1200 ute in Perth yesterday. Looked very nice. I have 2 silver cars. My Micra is silver and very average in terms of carpark dents and scratches and being silver they dont stand out.

It looks classy and highlights or pinstripe in a darker silver looks awesome.

My 1200 coupe is mid/dark green with gold pearl. Worst colour for imperfections. Painted it twice and thought my prep was excellent. Still has subtle imperfections.
