hi guys done a search on turbo setups and couldn't find anything related. i scored a t3/t4 turbo off ebay for 150 bucks brand new which i thought was not bad. i was thinking about putting it on my ca18det i just wanted to get your guys opinions on how it will run on the street and race track etc this is the mods i've got done to the engine- gtr injectors, fmic, big exhaust, bosch coils, microtech ecu, external wastegate and top mount exhaust manifold i think thats it, anyway feel free to give me some advice on how to make it run better etc
cheers leith

you'll need to make sure that the manifold flanges are correct sizes... if you're running a stock T25 then you will need a different flange on your manifold to suit the T3 flange on your new (extremely cheap) TO4E.
they are fairly excessive on a 1.8L and you should expect boost to be put back to around 4000rpm... if you haven't yet got yourself a decent fuel pump, surge tank and rising rate fpr, then you should do that before fitting turbo... It's a vicious cycle.

ive got 1 of these on my sr20 and it had a fair bit of work done to it and it starts boostin about 3500-4000 rpm and also get a decent size external waste gate and make sure its feed from the closest point to the turbo flange other wise your turbo will spike
