Man up and import some boof. Easy and not that expensive. Yahoo Japan is FULL of amazingly good rims like the ones you posted and there are always hayashi streets on there.

Joing Rinkya or Importmonster and they can take care of the rest. I dont know what rim prices are like in aussie but it usually ends up being the same price for rims in nz. If you get a cheap to medium priced pair.

And your kidding yourself if those top ones were 13x6 haha, just do it and get some sevens
