The breather system is the opposite of a regular A12. The twin carb system is:
* Rocker cover to PCV valve
* Block breather to air cleaner

You can buy small rocker cover breathers from places such as pabs or bursons, all you need to do is measure the breather pipe size.
I run one on each of my A series motors, as I have a weber carby on both my 120y coupe's, which have sports air cleaners.

Cheers.

shouldnt really be blowing out the rocker cover breather as such, there will be a small amount of air pushed out as the engines running
but if excessive amounts of air/smoke are coming out then you have a blow by issue

in the past i have put a little K&N filter on the breather on the tappet cover, but apparently thats illegal, the catch can option is the way to go, thats not illegal.

it is if it vents to the atmosphere, legally has to go back into the induction system to be burnt up by the combustion cycle once again.
