If it is a Japan market model, the engine compartment ID plate should be in Japanese. Like this:

Last time I remember with badly tuned SU's and points ignition it was something like 12km per litre in town traffic.
On the highway it would have been something like 14.
My SU's are nicely tuned now by an expert and also have Pertronix Ignitor which I saw a improvement on the fuel gauge. I have however not done a test again.
Ask Dodgeman, he got damn good results with his 1300cc bored A12GX engine.

Do you know what sort of differences there with b110GX and B210 GX ? only the body ? or any change is the Engine ?

B210 GX usually has single-carb engine (sometimes twin carb), while B110 GX always has twin-carb engine.

If you have SU's, get them tuned by a SU expert if possible. It makes the world of a difference.
Mine I got tuned by a mechanic who specializes only in carbs. He was trained in South Africa's Nissan factory on Hitachi SU's when he was still an apprentice mechanic at the Nissan Factory.

After the tuning my car felt stronger through the whole rev range and also gave better fuel economy.
