Another pic of the muffler. I had the large muffler added, you can see it bakk there.

Dual Mufflers

It sounded exceptionally great with the little stainless straight-through muffler. But exceptionally, painfully loud.

With the large "V8" muffler in the middle it doesn't sound the same at all. Now it has a fairly quiet idle, and loud at speed. The "greatness" quality is gone. Still sounds good though.

Got original seats back in the Pickup:

Next up:
* Fit original stainless grille back on. I bought a nice used one in January.
* Fit original steering wheel

Don't worry, I plan to keep the SSR Mark II wheels.

You have quite a nice ute, apart from that hideous steering wheel

That 620 that one best truck sure has had some work put into it.

Today it was a nice warm Sunny day.
Fitted the original stainless grille to it.

1971-1977 Ute Grille
Now she matches the 2-dr sedan.

Height is the same too:
* Ute has lowering springs
* Sedan has very small diameter tires

Finally got the decals off the bonnet. I used the boiling water method, but it didn't help. Three hours of slow work saw it come off.
