Is that the same as minilights? Panasports? here in US there is several companies that can make them to specs, check :

in the ad section, there is several co.s that make those, perhaps Australia does too, I do not know.

The ones you can get in NZ are manufactured by "Performance Mags" in Australia, and I think its even Melbourne, VIC so there's are starting point for you ....
