I have a very original 1973 Datsun 1200 Saloon for sale. It is green in colour, RHD, with 16,000 original miles. It is a four speed manual, which is in absolutely original factory condition. You will not find anything better than this! It has all the original paper work, and even a couple of original tail lights that came from the dealer. It was owned by one lady from 1973 until 1991. During that time the car had travelled just 12,000 miles. The dealership who bought it from her, used it as a display car in their showroom until 1994, when I approached them to purchase it. It has the factory manual and ownership papers, along with warranty and service booklet. The car has always been garaged inside and I had a cover made for it which is always used. I regularly run the car, just short distances and maintain it fully. I have decided to sell the Datsun, to make way for a new project, so offer it for sale. I will ship the car anywhere in the world, but only to someone who will appreciate and look after the car. The car is currently located in New Zealand. Yeh, thanks. But to be honest I'm not interested in selling to anyone who wants to chop it. This car deserves someone who appreciates the standard pure form.

I was talking to some friends about this car and we were discussing what it would be worth? What would I not do to get it?! I've already been in charge of deteriorating one original 1200, the Datsun gods would probably frown upon me getting my hands on another one! I'm assuming that you're not interested in letting the forum have a look at what could be one of the most original 1200s in the world...?
