Turbo ??? help for CA

I'm looking at upgrading my turbo on my CA sunny.
i can get a GT35/40 with a .84 rear wheel. Will this be to laggy.

Find someone with a real fast CA (with similar head mods) and use the same turbo.

If you don't know anything much about turbos..this is how I'd proceed.

I had a Garrett 440HP GT turbo with 0.86 rear.. was too big for CA.

Your choice is even bigger.

Isn't the 35/40's off the xr6 turbos? Anyways... Yeah it depends on what you want it to do...
I have a 25/60?? (I'll have to look it up) on mine and it spools up nice and quick, so you stomp it and it's there and it pulls right through... Any bigger will take longer to spool up obviously depending on mods

The only way that combo would be able to spool is if you run major loads of NOS. So unless its a full on drag car go smaller and enjoy a responsive turbo.

ive got a chinese turbo (came with my motor)and im quite happy with it. it comes in fairly low and lasts trough out the rev range
