On my B110 the guys told me to never remove them but to repair a few rust spots I had to, I sprayed them every night for a week with WD40 and then used a screwdriver to loosen them, was very easy even with loads of paint build up. Just must be very careful not to kink them

Heres the tool its a a pavers tool or bricky's. You just put it flush against the inside edge of the mold as pictured and tap it outwards gently and work your way up till there off. If you like wrap the tool with a thinnish bit of rag or just run some decent masking tape along the blade that helps it grip a bit better and less chance of damage. $5.00 i paid at a second hand shop. Always start at the ends as pictured not in the middle less chance of kinking it.

just as datsandy said, work from umderside edge to unclip and gently work along.

btw panel peaters always have those bolsters to knock out along a body line.
