Jesus! Your A15 sounds like a screamer!! My A14/15 is putting out around the 150-160hp and its had the works done to it. Forgies, 12:1 compression, twin 45's, double valve springs,
maximum porting, big ass valves, big cam 58/91 that will rev to 8 grand easy. Were does the extra 40hp come from?? Surely injection doesnt give an extra 40hp, maybe 10-15 if your lucky
but not 40!! Cant wait to fit up the light flywheel, 5 speed toyota box and bigger diff, cause then im gunna take it down to the creek for a blast up the 1/4. Im hopeing for high 14's
anything lower is a bonus!

Davo

PS. U say your in Sydney, maybe we should go cruising one nite and show those riceboys and V8's what dattos are made of!!

Errrnstak, a friend of mine has the injection on an A14 with big valve oval port head and fairly large cam. It is running with a Motek fuel only computer. He cut off the front of his
manifold and adapted a plate for a Holden Camira throttle body which is still twin butterflies but bigger. It works well but the oval inlet makes plumbing for the air filter messy in my
book. He gave me a spare set up and I was going to adapt a single throttle body of a 3 litre Nissan as it is much tidier and matches the shape of the plenum well. Unfortunately I never
finished it as I am now taking a different direction with my project. I was going to put this on a A15 which I had but I am not going to use an A series motor now.

Does anyone in the US have a spare A-series fuel injection manifold they would be willing to sell? If not; hey Fester, what are you going to do with the one you aren't using? What
would it cost to ship one to Texas? I can be reached at dimlight65@aol.com. Thanks, Tim

Yeah i run the stock throttle body coz it works well however i'm running commodore injectors coz they are bigger. yeah i've got high comp pistons coz i'm not turboing mine. 200 wont be
hard for a turbo motor. get hold of a ute diff and use that or do as another datto guy did, Andrew, and use a scorpion diff. however with the gearbox your just gonna have to trial and
error with that one sorry.

the injection does help, but mods to the injection helps more, bigger injectors, after market computer, higher flow exhaust, BIG ports and both exhaust and inlet have
been match ported, double valve spirngs with 1600 valves, 12:1 comp, Hurricane headers with a 2 1/4 exhaust. its getting painted before i go cruisin anywhere
