so had a bit of time today so finished all the rust repairs on the passenger door, it still pisses me off the repo ones didn't fit properly......
but it happens i guess. i should have these doors done soon...
i should be painting the shell on saturday if everything goes to plan.
well here's a few pic's of the door i was working on today.
everywhere i started to sand i found rust!!!! even in the little spots

oh yeah i forgot i shaved this door too.... i had to weld all new metal under neath the door but now all i have to do is drill out the holes for the door plugs/drain holes

nice work steve ,sorry bout the doors being so bad !

at least you know they will fit and wont have any rust in them when your done !

yeah you did what i did with all the othr doors....its like sooo much fun...not!but at least these doors are pretty good, but make sure you smother the inside of the door with zinc primer that way they wont rust but im sure you knew that already

if your running 12's Carps, I have some ute spec caps for them... need some of your TLC on them though..

haha you should do a ca convetion and run 12s with hub caps and a sunviser ! someone has to do it

and mitchelin do a decent 12 inch tyre so theres no probs there !

sorry mike ,couldnt get a price for ya today ,ill check in the morning ,dad was flat out today so i couldnt get the book of him!
