Haha greendog, they are those sheets of film that you put in a special viewer to see, you can have a full cars spare parts list or manual on one fische they are printed that small. I still use them sometimes for the older models

The teacher fixed it up real nice, including a ute rear end, then sold it to another guy who loves it and has won trophies with it. It has GL badges and stock refinished upholstery.

Microfiche is a piece of film with a document on it.
They are about the size of a postcard/photo 3.5 x 5" each with several dozen pages of the catalog. So a set about 1/2 thick is the whole catalog.

Use a slide viewer and magnifier to view it. So a regular paper catalog is better unless you don't have room to store it. Printed Datsun Parts Catalogs were available in Microfiche and three printed sizes: A3 (large), A4 (standard book size) or 4x6" (pocket size).

they are fun to use, not many people have the viewers any more. Nissan near me laughed at me when i walked in with my 1200 parts book in hand. they don't have a viewer anymone. Pm me a price ade. i still use mine sometime for fum.

I was about 18 when I went to Ira birk to get an oil filter and was amazed at the parts guy just rattled of the part number a year later I started in Honda parts and was there for nearly 20 years.
