I like that people now appreciate Datsuns..............but lately the prices have been wacky, I often watch these to see what the actual price ends up being.

Wacky is right...I call it the Barrett Jackson syndrome.
Folks sit and watch $180K Hemi 'Cudas crossing the block on the teevee auction shows, look out the window at their battered POS sitting on cinder blocks out in the yard and think "Well golly, I got myself a real collector's item sittin' right here!" Then they get all offended when offered 2x what Pick-A-Part would offer for it. That said, the market sets the price, so we'll see if you get the $17.5k you think your gem is worth.
