hey guys,
been a while since ive been on here!!
CA_1200_project yeah mate finally got the watts linkage mounted only yesterday mcbro's are good dude bit pricey but well worth it.
mcdat hey bud yeah lip on the chassi rails are gone.

finally got a chance to work on the ute few photos of the watts linkage. bars are only temporary till i get some adjustable ones.

hi rob max camber wil be governed by tyre wear so try to build in a window of adjustment for later when you get on the road, max caster is up to you just be aware that the more caster you have the heavier the steering will be and you will have a jacking effect on the inside tyres in turns (this is good for race cars with locked diffs but not for road cars) pic is of my front caster rods with adjustment for anti dive and caster i have 16 x 8s with 205 35s on the front of my ute and have about 50mm clearence to the foot well at full lock , it all depends on the combination of all your front end components

thanks for putting the pics up rob. Its a great set up under the tray now Thats for shore. Great job mate you gotta be happy with yourself. Now to pull it all down and finish off the welding ay. Keep up the good work and informative posts.

Hey guys,
thanks for all the + feed back,

thanks for that info wards ordering some adjustable LCA's n castor rods and ill see where i takes me.

its been a while since i've had time to work on the ute. want to dry fit the fuel system n brake lines etc before i start pulling it down hopefully get some work done over the hoildays.

Great progress.
How is your new welder going then? Did you finish off the tacks under the rear?
Is a fuel cell like that going to get ticked off when it comes time to put it on the road mate? I think it looks great with those rims. Great work and keep the pics coming
