more progress,

got myself a small performance fullriver battery to mount behing the passenger seat,

wired up the heater box,

wired all gauges,

fitted my stock radio in the spot hacked up for a CD player???

finally replaced my broken reverse switch on the gearbox and wired it up to the body loom,

fitted my new braided clutch line and brake line..

busy times!

bought a NOS handbrake lever.. so sweet

picked up a 2" tacho to cover some #OOPS#ty holes the previous owner had drilled into my facia. its a SAAS item which suits the way i have painted the gauge surrounds and looks period correct.

also really happy to find a old nardi steering wheel, nice and small with little dish so i will still have space in the datsun. It looks great and really suits the car.

after goign to datsun day and then all japan day i have a new found urge to finish my car!!!

finally after 4 long years of looking i have got myself a pair of stainless visors. so happy, they are in excellent condition and still have nissan stickers on the underside.

picked up a steering column shroud to replace the cracked/repainted brown one i have. here is a pic of the finished dash. looks fairly stock even with the gauge and no new flashy cd player completes the look.

wow please please tell me how hou got the visors i too have been searching for 4 or 5 years for these maybe longer the closest i have come to a set is a pic and some japanese text they were at aoba yokahama i emailed them but no reply can you help me?
