No concern of additional scratches there!
I'll consider trying to buy it if it doesn't go much higher than where it is now.
Looks like it'll need a bit of work though.

I need one.
Seriously,
since putting the VE head on my SR20 I need it to clear the rocker cover.
Hopefully someone on here doesn't try to get in a bidding war with me.

there is no extra clearance.... the gx bonnet uses the same under frame... which goes under the "lump" area... meaning there is no difference, you should be able to see that in the photos

it is not the frame that is the issue.
it is the skin, just off centre to the driver's side, on the high point of the VE rocker cover
(which is about 20-25mm higher than a DE rocker cover).
the hump is in the right spot to give the extra clearance.
