Full groove that goes right around for oil I guess instead of just one bearing both bearings top and bottom have the channel. You can use a turbo L28ET oil pump I think for extra oil unless the KA24de one is the same cant remember.

Thanks.
The oil pump on the ka is on the timing cover and works off the crank.
I should probably look into getting these bearings.

I'm not sure that you'd want harder bearings. The oil film is what keeps the bearings from getting damaged, so make sure the oiling system is perfectly modified.

Have you check what they recommend on KA-T.org? The site specializes in discussing boosted KAs.

Right now I have King bearings in there. Some of the build site say they use those bearings. I'm going to talk to crower on monday. I'll research the oil pump is well.

Well I broke out in my bracket again. I put in my time trials in the morning And then raced in the trophy round in the afternoon. Of course it was cold this morning and hot in the afternoon. Enough to make 150 pound pressure change in my nitrous bottle. I was running a constant 8.1 sec on each pass which pretty much guarantees a trophy place. I won the first race easy so i let off the pedal before the finish line. We dont have time to get our run times unless you have someone get it for you. Well the next race was closer so i held on a bit longer but still let up at the end. I ran a 7.9. I hate it when the guy points you to the pits. Looser!!!
Drove the car right onto the trailer , grabbed my times and bolted out of there.
Car ran good but i am hearing that 3rd rod bearing getting louder.
The touring Drifters will be out at the track next week so i'll be hitting them up for questions on the KA build. :)

When you're done racing there is a guy that sits and the end of the track around the curve that either waves you through if you win or points you to the pits if you loose.
Its a crap shoot. :)
Well not really. The lighted tree tells them who wins. We just dont know until he points.
