i put my new rego sticker on...all thats different is that it says that its a duplicate and the tare weight is changed

surely the diff shop should be trying to sell you billet axles rather than telling you to use a different diff

Just copy the cert And leave in the car. Keep original at home.
Vic roads have the mods too as engineer needs to inform them too apparently

As for diff, just means bigger rear flares

engineer gives you the cert to give to vicroads, so yeah they have the mod list

i will have to find a diff place that knows something other than 2 diffs

he mumbled something about having a jig, but i dont see how that helps in my case when the mounts are all done, just need tubes cut down and axles shorter

Won't they.have to.cut the tubes from the centre? That makes the mounts a mute point as they will have to UN pick and re weld them on again?

is that from your own experience?, lol

you come out with some weird stuff mik, like a smaller oil filter raising the oil pressure... that was a good one too

Nah from reading it how others have done it. not sure if h190 is similar to how piggy did bw one. Thought it might be.

Oil filters thing I read years ago. Shorter Toyota oil filter was supposed to bolt on to a series and lifted oil pressure some how. Never tried it. Who knows if it works.

me, i know, the oil pressure is set by the pressure release valve, cant build any more pressure as it gets relieved by the valve by design

the axle tube is a tube, cutting it anywhere along it's length wont make a difference

Where's the pressure release valve?
Edit found it flicked through online manual... Near the oil pump or in it I think. Oh well learnt some thing new

The whole 'jig' thing is to cut and weld new cups on with out warping the tubes. Thats all. With out a jig you run the risk of a twist even putting new cup ends on. Thats the info i have after going threw the process myself. Any welding to the tubes (mounts) can cause issues so saying he has a jib is a start. Do you need a bloke to do it who knows his stuff?
Jamie from full flight engineering did mine and will be doing the link rear i have planned. He can also get the axles done
