Put me down for a set. I can measure the steel leaf 4 pack up on Tuesday to get a idea where the low arch spring will sit. The Ute steel leaf pack is pretty stiff which is 150lb and composite leaf will feel softer at that rate.

That's an excellent price. When we asked years ago, it was $400 each in the group buy without shipping.

From what i read in that other 311 site thread. You can glue and bolt your own eye/bracket to get a lower fit if you need. Not sure if mark still does that, would have to ask i guess. Need to also find out if the bushes are different between 1200's. Could check fulcrum website i guess if we dont know.

Why don't you check Datsun1200.com? See Leaf Springs, section "Bushings". Front bushes for Ute/Wagon differ from Sedan/Coupe.

What's actually different about the bushings? It only has pics.

From what I understand, if you reverse the front eye it will foul the mounting bracket and you would have to cut a piece out to make it fit?

If the arc can be customized to suit the height you want, what other reason would you reverse the eye?

For those in the know wouldnt it make sense to just get one with the smallest arc?
Ive seen 1000 (my vb10, b10 & someone elses kb10) and 1200 coupe (sykine?) lowered to the point the rear leaf is almost flat yet still has plenty of clearance without looking slammed but quite good.

ATM priority is to get the DeDion tubing made for an alloy diff I have planned, then leaf springs mounting shackles might be made bigger to suit wider spring so holding off on order.
