Ernie just shows the Ka24 has the most flow from stock so no need for porting it, it will be a rabid beast!

Just as for interests sakes, would a single downdraft 44 or 48mm idf work well with such a setup or do the progressive type carbs have an adavantage besides budget cheap?

I'll have video footage. I mount a GoPro bracket to the roll bar behind me .
I'm sure a 44 or 48 might work. I've had the 32/36 and have used them as twins on all my setups. I'm doing it because it worked on my Z24. Plus its unique. And I like unique. I really wanted the Holley 600 but I couldn't get it to fit.
The Webers are going to work just fine.

Driveline is in and gear oil is in the tranny. I have a pressurized gear oil container I built that forces the oil in. Yesterday I over tightened the cap in it and cracked the stem. Blew the top right off of it when I pressurized it. I managed to get the oil in by holding my hand over the hole while turning the air on. I'll be building a better soon.

My turbo top mount stainless exhaust header came in the mail yesterday. I ran it down to the weld shop. They are going to cut off the turbo mount and weld on a short 3 inch stainless pipe with a flange. After that I can get it mounted and start the car to get it up on the trailer. My trailer has a wench but my driveway is not flat and it would be a pain.
I can now build the bracket for the alternator. I got the pulley reamed out yesterday. I'm going to work on that later today.
Right now I'm going fishing.
I'll post picture later.

Earlier this week, I finished up the alternator bracket and installed the radiator. Got the motor all ready for a start but had to go into work yesterday so it sat until today.

This is what I have for today.
Did initial startup on KA motor. After setting timing and adjusting carbs, I took the video. No exhaust yet. Im going to shoot for Monday on that.

Supercharged KA24DE Video

oh, the fuel pressure gauge on the carb doesnt work worth a crap. I have a better pressure gauge on my dash. Im removing the one under the hood when I get a chance.

With a clutched supercharger and another turbo manifold why am I now thinking dual charged ala vw. Use that SC to build enough pressure fit a big mother turbo

Great work

Im sure he thought about it way before anyone else has and its already a good setup yet if he needs more just a simple pulley change to up the boost is all thats needed. Its already an amazing effort few of us can manage what hes done in 20 fold the time he has taken.
