Hey just wandering if datsun 1200 4 inch lowering blocks will fit a 120y with a borgwarner diff

4 inches, enjoy riding on bump stops lol. I can't see why the blocks wouldn't work, just make sure your locating pins and holes in te blocks are all good...

no idea about ride height illegality...

I would go with crab45, that's probably a better way to do it, id also look into resetting or flipping your leaf springs..
