You forgot to list the venturi size. The most important tuning piece

With those jets it probably has 36mm.and is running slightly rich which is safe. You might be able to go slightly smaller on the main jets to increase fuel economy with no loss of power.

If I'm reading my Weber book correctly, for a 2.4 liter at 5800 rpm it is recommended to use 40mm venturis.

Im running 32in my single dcoe on l18 with similar head work. Definately needs bigger but ask randy. Id guess 40 may be a bit big even.
38 produced your hp and its safe tune. Id get it handling better in the rear for your time slip. Less wheel spin more traction.
Caltracs maybe???

my rough calcs say about 100kw/135bhp at the wheels max from 38mm chokes. 145main jets match that expectation as well. As does punching your mph (95) and the weight of my old L20 1200 (850kg/1870lb) into a calculator.

That's a very healthy L series. It takes a VERY good cylinder head to make more than that, and the MOST you can reasonably expect while running 45mm carbs is 155bhp. The amount of $$ outlayed for that next 20bhp would be pretty scary I think. Unless you've got lots to spend, I say just enjoy it the way it is - it's got very good grunt and will be alot of fun!
