They are the same:

B110 A12 lifters:
13231-H1001 LIFTER-valve all B110

B310 A14, A15 lifters:
13231-H1001 LIFTER-valve all B310

BUT ... you shouldn't put used lifters on a different camshaft ... it will wear out soon ... If it is a late A12 (distributor under #3 cylinder), swap both cam and lifters into the A15, if the cam journals are the same size. Mark each lifter so you know exactly which lobe to match them to (don't mix them up).

you could also just get the lifters refaced, which is a simple machining job.that'll give the lifters
a longer life than if you put them in with the
matching cam.

I tried to reface my lifters once on a valve refacer machine. This thing was set up to reface lifters with what i think was a 30" radius. Let me tell you, those lifrers were hard faced, & i do mean HARD.

I had to take only the very lightest of cuts & i was glad that they were near perfect anyway as it still took me near half a day. These were A10 lifters which have a part number of 13231-18001. This supercedes to 13231-H1000
If this number again supercedes to the one ddgonzal quoted, i would not be at all surprised.
