Just looking over some of my dyno data.
On twin weber carbs we got the AFR between 11.3 to 12.9:1 across the RPM range.

cheers

The AFR meter will read the gasoline AFR if its read by a wideband sensor.

Actual AFR of 12:1 is extremely lean for E85.

wideband O2 sensor
A reading of 1.0 lambda is stoich for petrol
A reading of 1.0 lambda is stoich for E85
The output of a gauge or a dyno will be for petrol unless it is switched.

Stoich is 14.7 AFR for petrol but 9.8 for E85
For maximum power is should be much much richer
