What year model did the 1600 come out with the h190 ? I through they only had IRS ?
What the difference between the vanette diff and the s110 diff ? Apart from the stud patten ?

The Datsun 1600 Station Wagen used leaf springs & a solid axle H190. Maybe I forgot to say station wagon. The difference between the S110 Gazelle diffs & the C20 Vanette diffs is the size of the axles, with the s110 being much bigger & 29 spline. The difference is so much that the s110 axles wont fit into the Vanette housing, being too large a diameter, plus the spider gear is wrong.
They both have 4 studs & are 4x114.3.

Sweet ! So it was only the 260c that had the 6 stud ? Did the s110 and the vanette have the same width diffs ? And don't need to be shortened to suit the 1200 ute ...

Thats right got confused with the JDM Vanettes H190, the JDM only versions are different to the local Aussies ones which also came with what I heard to be a massive H230 and the small axle H190 which is usually alloy carrier which can be used with bluey or s110 centres, 1600 wagons and 180B wagons.

b310gx you got mail for tracking details, if you check its in SYD atm getting delivered early this week.

The S110 gazelles are a good choice but keep a look out for the alloy carrier from the A15 vanette, 1600 and 180b wagons which can be all combined like this beauty
