I would like to buy one of these.

The ebay listing says AUS only though.

I'm sure if you made contact with the seller, (John btw) he would probably ship them international .

Cheers

I'm doing some two part rockers right now that will look like the Tomei versions for 500$. USD

Easier to machine in two parts than a solid mass.

Those retro ones I could do but not for what they are offered for. My machine is sloooow compared to new units. So the 630$ USD asking price is about right for a faster mill.

The retro ones in a smooth Tomei like finish would be better
the hinging system and sealing would be an issue? or is there
some kind of stepping that could be used to prevent oil leaks?

I see the lunch box hinge as an issue but from the pictures they seem to have a pillow style O ring between the two surfaces. If it locks down tight enough then I see no leaks.

The way I am doing my 2 piece cover is .046" - 1.2 MM groove on both mating surfaces for RTV. Quick easy and no need to source a prefab gasket ring.

I will post photo's in a couple days.

EDIT: It was less expensive to get a full length flat bar of alloy rather than 6 pieces to make some rocker covers. Now I have enough for 4 rocker covers. 2 are spoken for and 2 are not.

That one needs a weld up on the rear inside ledge. Wasn't quite an accurate prototype.. Stock rocker covers are not good for taking dimensions from....
