Having shortened a H165 ute diff 40mm (20mm a side) to get -3offset 7x13 under my coupe I'm looking for a small disc brake setup to adapt to it.
I'm going to do the 280zx discs on the front (258mm) and would like a small light caliper setup on the back which doesn't require stuffing around with bias.(probably about he size of the origonal 212mm fronts or smaller ?)
I can machine up a caliper adaptor that mounts from the back of the diff flange and 'could' fit a disc to the back of the axle flange - reason being is because I dont want to increase the wheel track any more.

Anyone done something like this or do I start hunting at the wreckers

Cheers dp

R31 rear disk setup for the win. Setup does fit under 13 inch mags. Note, I did however replace the R31 calipers with commodore calipers. I did retain the R31 caliper hangers though. Id did this to delete the integrated handbrake mechanism.
