Rota RB is a looker. Classic six-spoke style

Love the look of Rota wheels. I have Shako's on my 1200.

Got piles of hipster fan boys here in the states that bash on these or anyone who buys these though...

kinda irritating really

hipster fan boys know very little except for starry things and vanity mirrors

I actually rate the late RB copies as better and improved lines over the original
watanabe panasport minilites. In this case theyve pulled it off on a period classic

Rota RBs look like Superlites or Panasports
* Watanabe RS/F8 and most Minilites have rounded spokes

RBs have angular arrow tipped and sharp tapered (triangular) edged ridged spokes

those with pedantic eyes can spot the lovely obvious sharpness to RBs

Yet the SSR mk3 versions of RBs look tacky

Rota RB are 8-spoke. SSR MKIII are 8-spoke. Neither of them are made in Mexico

D points some great details. The Rota RB is perhaps the best looking minilite style wheel

best looking for angular lined cars but some older model cars like the 1200
I feel the old period units suit them as the sharpness of these is too much
also if you want quality then Japanese made brand should be on your list
