That second picture is a Bluebird TRX wheel, not the Cheviot.

depending on the offset - yes but also take into account the tyre profile.

I had to take the front bottom quarter out of my front guards as the just scraped the out side of the tyre

I ran trx rims for a while on my coupe and sedan, both could use a 195 tyre on the rear but they would rub on the struts on the front so needed to run a 185 or spacers. And like Demacoz said the profile was an issue.

Edit: That was with coilovers, so not without modification.
