the factory EFI manifold was a log manifold

and the performance was very good -- compared to the carburetor manifold it had no loss of power at low RPM, increased power at mid-RPMs and 15% more power at high RPM. And even just bolting a larger off-the-shelf throttle body on it increases the power

Andy & Geoff both tried larger TBs. Geoff found the RB20 unit was too finicky

to he honest its a lot better in shape to the last runner then that other one people are buying that is a actual cylinder and the injector facing straight down where at least the injector on the factory one are at a angle looking straight at he valve and to be how much power do you think your going to make with 500hp I only offered it so its cheaper to buy and reliably. sorry

To give you idea on price for the whole EFI manifold made from a twin webber manifold using ALL NEW parts
ie: manifold ,bungs, rail, fittings, 10mm Aluminium base and end plates and getting a professional to weld the Aluminium plenum and bungs it will cost you about $750 (excluding injectors and throttle body which you could scrounge from the wreckers).
PS: you Can drill the bungs so the injectors point almost straight towards the valve
dp

if you braze the alum all yourself using HTS2000 alum brazing rods
on well roughened stainless brushed surfaces you can save a good
penny from asking a pro to rape you.

I did my alum pipe based bumperettes with different alloy brackets
and also repaired alum inlet manifolds with success.

Prob 400 aud all up is possible this way. The other way is harder
but I also did arc welded inlet manifolds for bike carbs that worked
well and for boost, plain steel is overlooked.
