Sure is a funny choice when the supercharger is longer than the engine
by 5 fold! would like nice though with a single turbo instead.

Earlier in the vid that 3.2L flat 4 puts out as much boosted hp
as the 14L v16 LS based boat anchor.

These motors would cost a fortune , probably starting at $45K USD then detuning them would be a waste.

I was close to getting a rebuild rare Caterham RST 2.4 v8 550 bhp with sequential for $23K but were not in the States or Africa and our laws "" Suck ""
I even looked at those 1000 hp Civic motors for $18K , but how long would you get away with it on the road . . . Oh I miss the 80,s

Would never dream of buying their test engine but use the idea
by cutting an LS block leaving the last 2 cylinders etc.

Sourcing a front end collision block, crank can be used with no snout
like latest bmw L6 which uses a bolt into the flush crank/front seal
which also incorporates timing cog. Lighter, no snout to worry about.
Chain cog with good fluid balancer should rid most bad vibes.

Heads even easier while cam again not difficult then you have tremec
bolt up, 2 exhaust for a front mounted turbo. 2litres possible using
8.2 litre version of the LSX crank or use damaged brodex speedway engine.

300hp should be nice from 50kgs with t5 box.
