its only 33cm long 21cm tall and can run direct on the diff!
Aluminum winding instead of copper make it lighter than other e motors
and the controller is part of the compact package.

SAFE-TO-TOUCH 48 V are safe to touch and no high voltage safety measures are needed. This is an important topic especially for production, maintenance and in case of an accident.

NO RARE EARTH MAGNETS As ISCAD is an asynchronous motor no rare earth magnets are used for production.

15 – 300 kW SCALABLE The ISCAD technology is scalable from 15 to 300 kW. It can therefore be used in almost every application.

INCREASE EFFICIENCY Through a software the number of pole pairs can be varied. Like this a virtual gearbox is created which can permanently adapt to the performance profile.

A Nissan serena C23 rear end is a nice bit of kit like corvette irs and nice craddle
would be very suitable for this little beauty

Kinda want four of the 15kW units, one going to each wheel. I like AWD and one with automatic wheel-by-wheel traction control and turn assistance would be really cool, especially in a lightweight car.

mini bmw and a few others have gone for 4 x hub motors
they put a fair bit of wait on suspension in the wrong place
not bad for a commuter but for lightweight datsun it would
be like lead shoes on a greyshound :)
An ev conversion can take a very long time to complete even
more than custom ICE. Check out this guy and he only uses
one ac engine but plenty of brains there.
He even got to be a head mechanic honcho for Tesla

You really just want minimal complexity with a datto
eg rwd, weight in the middle, low and batteries like
the LTOs used in chinese buses can put out 10C!!!

Matt you might want to check out the billet bits
maybe for the ev guys instead of boom boom heads.
