Enkelman & Associates in Braeside, Victoria. Talk to them about what you want to do beforehand.

Also... here's a couple of pics with the wheel well installed

Cleaned out the fuel tank.... nasty rust pile and a small hole. I will need a good solution

Meanwhile have bought maddat brake booster kit and a bunch of bushes. Collecting parts during the cold months

Also have been sandblasting suspension bits

Time to get moving again ... why are there so many distractions?

Removed the SR20 from the donor car (it's sold already but awaiting pickup after we can get around again).
I have the engine/5 speed/half of the tailshaft /all the engine loom and computer ... I think that's all I need (oh and the exhaust to just past the catalytic converter)

Now need to send the engine brackets and cross member off to MADDAT

still too much to do .... three things at a time!

Oh CADET1200 (Andrew) - I have paneled out the back half of the back shed as a spray area ( )

Did someone say 'Spray Booth'? I just ordered a new spray gun the other day.
Sorry I didn't keep that extraction fan for you. Look forwarded to dropping in one day and seeing how your progressing.

Progress is always nice Demacoz!!
Lockdowns throw in some challenges, although we may have extra time on our hands sourcing parts etc is more difficult.
I'm not so patiently waiting to get my engine down to the machine shop at the moment waiting for restrictions to lift!

Even if you can get stuff to a w/shop (engine/gbox/diff repairers) the wait time is off the charts.
Everyone's trying to Covid projects.

OOOOOOOPS

I went to the engineers workshop to discuss how to cut the front radiator panel to fit a radiator and intercooler.

They were shut... There was a sign out the front saying "For Lease" ... Google maps says "Permanently Closed" ... The workshop phone has a message saying "The number you are calling is not connected" ... The Engineer's mobile phone goes straight to voice mail.

I am sensing a pattern.

That’s worrying. Especially having gone through all that twist test stuff and finally getting approval to proceed with the SR20 build.

Hopefully if the company has gone bust, the engineer you’ve been dealing with gets a job with another firm and can continue on with you. I wonder if VicRoads could give you any info?
