I went to a SCCA National Time Trial Saturday.

It was pretty much bringing a rubber chicken to a gunfight but still fun.

Nice!! I should have asked you your top speed as well.
Do you run a A12 or A15?

These days I am using an A12.

The A15 is the easy button but for vintage races it bumps me into a class with several 2 liter cars. I'm pretty sure I could get a moderately tuned 1600cc A15 to around 120hp at the wheels but that still leaves me 60hp short of the 2 liter cars.

I am building another A12 right now and I think it will be around 90hp at the wheels. I'm also going to a 5.13 ring and pinion.
