The M72 block is relatively rare, probably because it was used in the fwd F10 Datsun Cherry. As far as I can tell, it's identical to the H74 block used in B210, but if can get more photos, that would help

The serial number is interesting. The little pad is stamped 'B"

looks like a 1.1mm overbore (stock is 76mm for both A14 and A15)
