Firstly, school holidays are over, so the inbread little toads will be there less.

Now for the revenge!!!!!
Pour fish oil or cat pee, or your pee , or both into their cars heater intake duct in the cowling panel. This is nearly inpossible to clean, and will make the inside of the car wreak whenever they put on the heater, and it is winter so they will be using it all the time! Or paint their car with brake fluid. or stick a flaming bag of dog s...t on their doorstep. They will try to stamp it out and presto!!. Or get up really early and put out gararge sale signs all around the neighborhood, with there address, so they get visiters all day. Put an ad in the paper with their phone number selling something cheap that is in demand, so their phone rings off the hook. Plant a cannabis plant in their garden , and then dob them in to the cops! I'll give you some weed killer so you can kill their lawn. Kill their pets. Kill them....NO WAIT, thats too severe. Tag there front fence to devalue their property. Plaster up their stormwater outlet at the kerb so their yard floods when it rains. Go over there when their out and pour a bag of quickcreate into thier gully trap so their drains block up.
Thats just a few tricks off the top of my head. no doubt someone else will have some other good ones.

Revenge is a dish best served cold. (dunno who said that, but it's true. Bide your time before making your move.)

Many years ago i lived in the far west of Sydney with a largish rural block next door. The young teenage boys next door thought it would be fun to race their trail bikes [sans mufflers] round & round early one sunday morning. At about 11am i went out & asked them to take it easy as the elderly woman across the road was very ill & all this racket was geting on everyones nerves.[she died that night]

All i got was a mouthfull of abuse & a cloud of dust from their rear tyres. I called the cops. They came in an unmarked car & asked them to settle down a bit, just to let the neighbours have their day of rest.
These two plainclothes coppers also got a mouthfull of abuse.
Their father picked them up from the police station later that afternoon when he got home from work.

Naturally they couldn't see that their attitude was the cause of their problems at the police station, so while I was at work, they did the number with their bikes on my front lawn & put a couple of rocks through my front windows. Fortunately a neighbour down the road realised what was happening & drove up with his super 8 movie camera & filmed the whole thing through the drivers window.

End result. They were arrested, & i prefered charges. They paid for professional restoration of my lawn [turf] plus two window repairs on a saturday night [the following saturday] at saturday night rates, plus my legal costs, plus the cost of a replacement roll of 8mm film & developing plus incidental costs.

Their father sold the bikes at basicly scrap value & organised labouring jobs for them. They were too tired on sundays to do anything after that & they paid their father back every cent, plus 5% interest.

They never spoke an ireverent word to me ever after, & the cops occasionally paid a visit to their father to ensure that they were behaving themselves & paying their debt to him. All this because they thought they had the right to do whatever they liked, & "screw you" to anyone who thought diferently.

If anyone is planing to vandalise, or harass anyone because the other party did something about a problem that they had, just be very very carefull, because the cops will know straight up who is responsible & i have heard stories of vehicles being defected regularly, & traffic infringements coming from cops that just appeared from nowhere.
Sometimes it's better to listen to how much the dogs bark, & if it's too much, then address the real problem before any actions are regreted.

Dont worry DM, I am and others are just venting, this is better than "DOING" it. As for the barking........ they are stiring up the dogs, so if they dont stir up the dogs they dont bark........so I think that they have to have a look at themselves......

Also I hear what you are saying, but I am youngish and they are oldish(they have grand kids that only come on the holidays) so I know who will be getting the last laugh here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If the little a***holes are stiring up the dogs, then it might be prudent to have a quiet chat with the neighbours & suggest that it would grieve you to have to call the cops & report that the kiddies are tormenting your otherwise placid pets. Words like "cruelty to animals" often have a positive effect.
It might help. Look at the bright side. School hollidays end soon.
