Kegs, you must be from the city part of Campbelltown. The country boys would be happy-as to use their ute for such purposes. No matter how wild the wildlife.

i am getting a warrant on my SSS this week. then it's off to the local Police weighbridge for a weigh in.. the car is how it was on the show room floor nothing added. i will post the weight.

I bought my SR20 Dato 1200 ute already converted. It came with an engineers certificate which states it's "Unladen Mass" is 840kgs.

My FJ20T 1200 ute 83 model came in at 880kg as it drove oil water and was fully engineered with the 2 litre turbo it was also engineered with the excaust dumping before the diff.

If they do this on a vehicle to vehicle weight, help yourself out with a 1/2" floorpan. It could always fall out later. . .

good idea.

i had a response from the rta tech personnel and they have confirmed what my rego paper says, they have the ute at a tare weight of 690kg.

i have since spoken to a local engineer and he has done a few of them with sr20det's and fully engineered and rego'd.

i will have to do a bit more research.
