left hand side lookin into the bay, behind ur distrubutor, there will be a little flat pad, inprinted on it it will say either A12 A14 or A15... unless u have an A12GX or an A12A or A13 which is unlikley.

its just a humble lill a12
is the fuel consumption much greater in an a14--15 much greater than the a12

The A12 is the most economical but the extra torque of the A14 and A15 means you don't have to wring them so hard to get up to legal speed. You really will not notice the change in consumption.

Early model N10 Pulsars and Sunny's are your best bet. A15's come up reasonably regularly on here as people do CA18DET conversions etc.

Not really major stuff. You'll need mounts and a sump but your A12 sump should fit (someone on here can clarify that). Also the N10 A14 uses a thermo fan so you'll have to bolt your A12 fan on and use your A12 air cleaner hat. Oh and change the A14 thermostat housing with your A12. I think that's it.
