The Greddy intake sits up higher, the plenum is more raised up than the low hanging stock SR20 intake. Keep in mind however that the Greddy intake is set up for a different style throttle body than the stock S13 one. I think the S14 throttle body bolts onto it??? Anyway I had to have my Greddy intake chopped down in front cause it comes forward a lot more than the stock intake does. At the same time I had a throttle body plate for the 90mm Q45 throttle body welded to the shortened intake. I've heard these things have a little bit of a flat spot off idle simply because there's soo much more of a volume of air going through them! I'll get pictures up when it comes back in the mail. The Greddy intakes use the stock SR20 style injectors and fuel rail. If you want top feed style injectors you'd have to get a different fuel rail. There really isn't any need for all that, cause stock style injectors can be had in all sizes. My bro is pushing 400 rwhp with a GT40R on his 180SX and not having problems leaning out with 850cc injectors, 255 lph fuel pump, Nismo regulator, and stock fuel rail.

easiest way to run quads on the street is through a plenum. better vacuum signal and you only need one filter. doesn't look or sound as good but . quads are good for top end power and flow good for high revs. long runner single throttle bodies better torque. best bet is quads with a turbo then u got the best of both worlds

Plenum for this setup.

Hit the jackpot with feedback cheers everyone!

Those of you who run this Quad TB setup with only TPS, what computers are you running and could you please tell me and would you be able to run this setup on a street car? and also the height of the Quad TB's including and not including the ram tubes thanks.

I thought about the GTiR Quads ive never seen them though (anyone got pics) Idont know if the pattern is the same as the S13 and I thought they only came out in turbo forms and a Gtir turbo computer on a NA S13 I dont think will work but he who knows let me know if im wrong.

Cant wait to see your pics of the G ready intake let everyone know when there ready. The G-ready way seems to be the cheeper way to go and i already got a S14 TB and a range of side fed injectors ( i think the side fed injectors are better personally but i think the quad TB setup only uses top fed style injectors).

Can any one post a link for some info on where to get the Gready one?

That was a long post, thanks for caring!

Could you Use the quad throttle bodies and the plenum Standard computer and just put the standard air mass sensor at the enterance to the plenum and mount the TPS on the quad TB will thin work?

tps sensor on the throttle shaft should be ok. try putting the map sensor in the plenum between 2 and 3 cause the signal might be more stable reading from the middle of all four cyls.

I'm running These throttle bodies, Haltech E6K ecu, 2 Litre Sigma injectors, Same ram tubes (cut to length) custom made alloy plenum with a single 75mm intake, intake has a cold air intake extention on it, Air temp sensor mounted at the biggining of air intake, Uni filter, Malpassi adjustable fuel pressure reg.
This is all mounted on a big bore motor with extensive (not expensive i did all of the machining myself) lightening and balancing of motor. This set up is tuneable enough for a rallycar and is far from a pig to drive around town.
Sorry i don't have digital camera to post any pics

Cheers lemonhead for the info, heard those computers are pretty good!

Just wonderin if you could measure the height of the throttle bodies cause i want to see if they will clear my bonnet (just the height of the TB not the ram pods) thanks?

Also (lemmonhead) can you use side fed injectors on this setup?

Scrubber does the standard computer have a map sensor anyway? I just thought it used the TPS, air mass sensor and O2(exaust) sensor.

I use a link plus, it's a great setup for the money.
It runs 440cc VR4 injectors, I couldnt tell you what the pump is out of...
Check my profile for a link to some piccies..

The bosch TPS sensor bolts to the end of the throttle shaft...
