guys help me out, i wanna know what output id get out of an a15 O-ringed and a copper head wit a t2 turbo on it and a series injection just curious. would i need to change the diff an brakes etc on my 1200 coupe to cope and would it keep me happy in regards to acceleration as i am also thinking about a ca18 conversion. thanks

Hi Mikali You could expect around 200hp from a well sorted A15 with injection and turbo charger would be nearly imposible to get a stock datsun box to handle that kinda power A toyota box with adapter kit would be best as I had one behind my old race A14 was great nice and strong and nice ratio's. If your serious about doing a Ca18 conversion i may have something of interest too you.I am selling my 1200 coupe fully engineered and regoed cams log book ect very well osrted car with full race suspension huge brakes roll cage ect ect. Im asking $6500 less engine so all you have to do is buy jap import ca18det and slot it in. Runs high 12's with stock engine. If your after more details email me andrew@winsoft.net.au

I allready have another datsun its a 1600 needs a lot of work. Im not entirely decided what Im going to do ill either build a race only car or a tough streeter with my CA18det powereing the 1600 with 200kw + at the wheels should make for a pretty quick ride.Aftre i strip the 1600 down Ill decide if its worth doing I may try to find a unfinished project or something either another 1200 a sunny or 1600 either way I plan on it being trick.
