hey guys, finally after alot of all talk and no sale, i finally got my hands on a neat little 12a. its in mint condition, mild port, rx4 gearbox, big carby (not sure what it is yet) and ported out inlet manifold. im very happy with the buy. just got to put it in now

i painted it yesterday. did a good job i recon. i like the yellow and silver

The yellow and silver looks really good dude. those colours will look good with with your car too! Cant wait till uve got it in!! Add my name to the list of pople you gotta take for a drive when its finished! lol

just got quoted $2500 for drive in drive out engine transplant. that sound about right? and if you mean the xmember i already have atm, ill more then likely swap it :)

good price for install but hope it includes engenieers certificate as well for that price.

Have you done your brakes and also your fuel tank yet, cause with the stock ute and a rotor, going round the block will have you filling up :)

Are you going with a IDA weber? or just a 32/36 type? or stock carb?

yeah $2500 is a great price.

i got quoted $5k to fit my 13B large extend port into my 1200 sedan!

yeah im pretty sure its got the 32/36 on there atm. not to sure. ill see how that goes when its on there. if im not happy ill go the ida

Up until i was taken for a drive in a 9seccond 13b turbo 2 door carolla not to long ago, I realised the true potential of a rotary I never thought something with that small of an engine could go that fast, i cant wait to hear how yours goes once its in good luck.
