Hey guys, I'm looking for an oval poirt head.
I am really after one with the puss open chambers.(AKA the toilet bowl chamber) These arent really that sought after for N/A applications, so one of you jokers must have one laying around that is surplus to requirements.
It would be preferable if it was a virgin head,(Never been skimmed) as I need to keep the compression down.
I'm prtty much resigned to the fact that a used head will need to be overhauled, but I don't want one that has been valvebounced daily for months on end.
So go and have a poke around in the shed, and see if you can find me one.

Bart.

I'm 99% sure that the head you have is just a GX head. The have taller ports than A14/15 heads. Stirlingmac posted a pic of two heads showing the differences.

WYD1200, I know how much you paid for that head. I have the exact same head, that I paid $30 less than you for.
But hey, it doesn't hurt to try!!!

I think that B110SSS knows someone who has a pair of SUs with a A series manifold. The tall port oval heads are getting a bit thin on the ground now.

I was talking to Stirlingmac and told him about this head and he said it wasnt a GX head, it is one of the aftermarket heads Niossan made.
