I want to know what the difference in size is between the axle part of the housing is if any. I ask this as I need U-bolts and the other mounting parts for my ute diff to fit and if they are very close or the same ill go down to the wrecker a buy the stuff.

Thanks
Daniel

Its not really the U-bolts that im desperatley after as they are easy to get. Its the botton plate and the top bit the the U-bolts sit on. No lowering blocks for me the springs are getting reset next week.

ok not 100% sure this is going to help you, but its about the best i can do.

These are photos from my ute, which has the BORG WARNER diff in it. The other parts that i'm holding up are all standard ute items. This is just to prove that you can put a borg warner diff in a ute using the original U bolts. I can't gaurantee the reverse is true as you are asking

Cheers for those pictures and that. I might just go to the wrecker and buy the borgwarner mounting stuff. If it works one way it should work the other.

Just for further reference for someone in the same situation. Yes 120y borgwarner bolts and plates fit the ute diff. I bought it all from the wrecker and it fits fine. Cheers Dazza your pictures gave me the hope to try it.
