Looking for a new brake booster for the coupe - 180B or LA / LB lancer. Really only need the booster but if a complete assy is on offer then I'll take it! Would need it fairly soon so any help would be appreciated !!!!

No worries Craig, will PM my address during the week. Good idea to call past on the way through - you will have to literally drive past me to get to Wakefield anyway. I think you have to come to Oran Park on Dec 12 to be part of the Datsun attack on my brother's Gemini .

Thanks mate - your probably right he's got everything! There was a LA Lancer one at a local wrecker @ $145 for booster only , apparently there wasn't a whole car attatched to it for that price so I had to pass! Would rather look at reco'ing my own before I'd pay that kind of $$ for second hand Appreciate the offer - let me know if you find anything.

I have one, but it's got a cosmetic dent in the side. It would be my last spare one

I got my boosters, mastercylinder and splitter valve for $50 each, at pick and payless a couple of years ago. I actually transplant the 180B M/C parts that I like, into the lancer stuff while I'm there.

I too will keep my eye out. I think it's worth any expense to give you more brakes. There are people here who say boosters do nothing, but I don't agree. Depends how strong your brake leg muscles are. Racing is hard enough on the rest of your body.
