That's BS, get a fuel injected RX7 motor, get a quick rebuild done on it to freshen things up. It'll be just as reliable, if driven reasonably.

Too many people hate rotaries because of the troublemaking types of people that like them, and the horrible echaust noise they make when ported.

It'd be illegal to put a turbo rotary in any road-registered 1200 in NSW.

Use the search bar, nissan and toyota motors are common, but we've seen Audi TT engines and Honda S2000 engines in some Dattos from other places around the world.

Still think the smell and sound of an A15 with twin webers at 8500rpm is just mind blowing....and it cranks it up the STi and Evo boys when you keep up or overtake them and they want to see under your bonnet and theres this little engine there...the looks on their faces is a priceless mastercard moment!!!

Whack In a 4age 20 valve. The t 50 GB pokes right through the standard hole.
By changing the front yoke, it may be possible to use the standard tail shaft.
The engines are quite cheap. They make good power. Aren't turbo so rego may be less of a hassle.
