FOR SALE: CA18DET engine & turbo from a 1993 S13 Nissan Silvia. It comes with 5 speed gearbox, ECU & o2 sensor, engine to ECU wiring loom. Bolted to it will be a used clutch & flywheel but would strongly recommend putting a new clutch in, as it is only a second hand clutch. ALL OFFERS ABOVE $1,000 WELCOME.

I really want it in my ute but I've heard it will cost me around ten grand to put it in, I dont know much about engines & conversions so I cant do much without having to pay someone to do it, so I am worried that it would end up being an unfinished project, maybe look at working my A12 or maybe upgrade to A14 or A15. It shouldn't cost you $10k in one hit, give it a crack!

There's heaps of info on these conversions on this site, and you can always buy engine manuals and the like to help you.

fitting a silvia cluster into a 1200 dash pretty easy ...DIY ........
youve got all the gear
Id say your halfway through the conversion already

ive been doin all the work at home with my dad and sofar including the car ive spent 10k.... long way to go yet tho. that includes the actual car ($2800) big brake setup and diff and everything else we've done. but if your gonna do the CA conversion your gonna have to do everything in my opinion, unless it just aint worth it. 1k is pretty good tho. i payed around double that with stumpy box/ca bell housing.

peace
