Hey guys

just wanted to know if anyone has any information or has dealt with Watson Racing Cams in burleigh on the Gold Coast.

I am chasing a new cam for my a14 he seems quite reasonable but just wanted to find out some more information before i go ahead with the work.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Milan

We have had 2 cams ground in the last couple of months, his workmanship seems ok and he charges $100.00 cash...no reciept, the cam in car 1 has the owner quite happy, the one in car 2(my KB10 on my avatar)is still being run in along with its new internals,so the jury is still out.
I have previously used Dean Tighe only and have found him highly proffesional and easy to communicate with and end up getting what i want, now i already know my Watson cam is not the grind i wanted cause he did'nt have the same pattern as Tighe, but he reckons it will do the job(but you have to shout as he's as deaf as a post)time issues where the reasons i did'nt go to Tighe, but the proof either way will be known soon enough.

As bert said the cam in my sons 120y coupe street/race car feels very good.It starts pulling from 2900rpm and is very easy to drive on the street.GREG.

Watsons are good but Dean tighe better! I have been rebuilding motors for 30years and Tighe's have never let me down with any component work I have had them do.

I can vouch for Tighe's cams as well, he's quite knowledgeable on the datsun stuff, and will make it to what you want.
