I scored set of leather race seats out of an evo. Got them given to me by a friend and I was stoked. When I sat them in, I realized that there was no chance they were going to fit. The seats didn't look that big so i was wondering what seats fit in a 1000 coupe? Any race seat brand and type or any seats out of other cars that anybody has fitted I would love to know.

This is what you want , the Cobra classic, a proper 1960's race seat for your 1960's car, flog the Evo seats on ebay, some wanker with a commodore will love em.

I've got seats from an early model honda CRX and they fit, as Ace Ventura would say, "like a glove".
