Suddenly it came across my mind...
What is the best front tyre size for a 700kg B110??
As i know, contact surface n weight will effect the grip of a tyre...
Any idea?
Btw wats the weight distribution of B110??
Thanks

I reckon a 175 is a good width for a 1200 body and weight wise. But if you have a decent amount of horse power you'll more than likely need a bit bigger tyre to get the power down. It really depends on wheels size and what motor your running

For front tyre...
If its a 150hp motor means i should use bigger wheel at the rear but how bout the front?
The car would understeer using 175,rite?

i have 165 50 on the front nothing to special, no understeer.165 70 may be different, but is not a race car.if your front is setup right 175 would have good grip with a decent tyre.locked diff might make it understeer into a corner?14" have the best tyre width options in my book.

Yea,im thinking of something like 185/60r14 for best grip/performance...
Locked diff always make my car under alot...
I used to hv corolla Ke70 wif lock diff with same size tyre but wont under steer like my B110...
Isit bcoz of the weight of the car???

Better for what???

* Wider tire is better grip
* Narrower tire is better economy

The HP or weight doesn't matter. And we haven't even talked about tire height.

Nope, wider the better in normal circumstances. Not counting rain or loose surface.

nah the B110 is much better than that it is 54/46. Mostly it is FWD cars are that nose-heavy (60/40).
